2. Scope of Services
ISOU Racing provides premium driving experiences, including:
• Trackdays and Track Nights
• Driver coaching
• Taxi laps
• Vehicle provision
• Private and corporate automotive events
These events are strictly non-competitive.

3. Contract Formation
A contract is formed upon:
• written confirmation (email, WhatsApp, booking system), or
• receipt of payment
Bookings are only binding once payment is received.
ISOU Racing reserves the right to refuse bookings without justification.

4. Participation at Own Risk
Participants acknowledge:
• participation is at their own risk
• motorsport involves inherent risks
• they are physically and mentally fit to participate

5. Eligibility
Participants must:
• hold a valid driving licence
• follow all safety instructions
• behave responsibly at all times
ISOU Racing may exclude any participant without refund.

6. Vehicles
Vehicles must be:
• technically sound
• compliant with track regulations
ISOU Racing may inspect and refuse vehicles at any time.

7. Driving Rules
Core principle:
Safety – Respect – No Racing
Strictly prohibited:
• racing
• lap timing
• aggressive driving

8. Liability
ISOU Racing is liable only in cases of:
• gross negligence
• wilful misconduct
Not liable for:
• vehicle damage
• third-party incidents
• indirect or consequential loss
Participants waive claims against:
• ISOU Racing
• track operators
• other participants

9. Insurance
Participants are solely responsible for adequate insurance.
Standard road insurance typically does not apply on track.

10. Cancellation Policy
• more than 30 days: 70% refund
• 14–30 days: 50% refund
• less than 14 days: no refund
Substitution may be possible.

11. Event Changes / Cancellation
ISOU Racing may modify or cancel events due to:
• force majeure
• safety or regulatory requirements
• insufficient participation
Credit or rescheduling offered – no refund entitlement.

12. Weather
Events take place in all weather conditions.

13. Use of ISOU Racing Vehicles
• subject to approval
• mandatory briefing
• strict compliance with instructions
